How much does delivery cost?

Shipping on all orders within Australia costs $8.95.

Express orders within Australia costs $10.95. Shipping to NZ is $10.95. Shipping on orders to the rest of the world costs $12.95. This includes tracking via Australia Post or Couriers Please.

How long will my booties take to arrive?

Nationally, we ship using Australia Post. We fulfil orders each Monday , Wednesday & Friday morning. Parcels typically take 2-5 working days to reach most parts of Australia. Parcels typically take 3-5 days to reach New Zealand via airmail. Internationally, we try to ship airmail wherever possible (7-10 working days), but there are a few destinations (including South Africa) which ship via sea and they can take 3+ weeks to arrive. Please contact us to determine shipping times to your part of the world.

Do you offer express post?

Yes. Select this option at cart and we’ll ship your parcel via Australia Post Express anywhere in Australia. Note that this does not guarantee next day shipping as we fulfil orders Monday, Wednesday & Friday morning. Parcels to metro areas will typically arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Regional areas can sometimes take 2 or more days. We do not offer international express post at this stage.

How can I track my order?

You’ll be sent tracking information via email once your order has been packed and dispatched from our warehouse. If you provide your mobile phone number, customers within Australia can also be kept informed of the status of their shipment via text.

Can you guarantee delivery?

Unhappy customers make us sad so we track all orders and endeavour to resolve any shipping issues. However we can’t be responsible for stock once it leaves our warehouse. If your stock doesn’t arrive within 4-5 days of your order, get in touch with us at hello@minnowdesigns.com.au and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

Can I ship to somebody else as a gift?

Yes. We’ll even include a handwritten gift message. Please let us know during check out that the purchase is for a friend. Additionally, gift wrapping can be purchased for $5 at checkout. If there are any problems, we’ll let you know.

NOTE: We cannot write gift cards unless the gift wrap option is selected at cart.

Can you ship to a PO Box?

Yes, however the box we ship the booties in is quite large and will often not fit into the smaller PO boxes. If this is the case, the post office will ask you to collect your parcel inside.

Do you accept returns

We accept refunds for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 14 days of delivery. Note that free returns are available for Australian & New Zealand residents only. International customers will need to organise their own return shipping.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, simply send us an email at hello@minnowdesigns.com.au with your order number and a request for a refund. We’ll send you a label to attach to your booties that will entitle you to 1 x free return per order number for Australian residents. Just pop this on the original shipping carton (to ensure that they don’t get damaged in transit) and pop it in your nearest Australia Post red post box.

To speed up the processing of your return, please include a slip of paper inside the box with your shoes with your order number.

Do you offer exchanges?

To exchange your items, you’ll need to process a return and then repurchase your alternate items as you would a typical order.

How long will I wait for my refund?

We process your refund as soon as your item is received and receipted in as in saleable condition in our warehouse. You’ll receive an automated email from us as soon as this has been processed by Minnow Designs. Refund amounts can take a few days to be processed by your payment provider. We have no control over this. Note that Afterpay & (rarely) Paypal can take up to 2 weeks to deposit refunded amounts into your bank account.

Other F.A.Q’s

Where can I enter my coupon code?

Just underneath your order total on your shopping cart page, there is a section where you can ‘add coupon code’. Pop your code in here and click ‘add’. The shopping cart will automatically calculate your total discount and subtract it from your total order amount.

Help! My coupon code doesn’t work!

Whoops! Close out of the shopping cart before confirming your order. Your cart at minnowdesigns.com.au will save your goodies. Now, drop us an email at hello@minnowdesigns.com.au. We’ll jump on it as soon as we possibly can. We use a very simple coupon system so it should take no time for us to sort it.

Can I ship to somebody else as a gift?

Yes. We’ll even include a handwritten gift message. Please select the $5 gift wrap option and enter your gift message at checkout.

How can I pay?

You can pay by credit card at our checkout (we use global processing powerhouse Stripe payments) or via Paypal. Neither Paypal nor Stripe share any of your financial data. All we receive are your order details, shipping address and email.

I’m having issues with my Paypal account.

We have no control over Paypal’s Payment gateway. If you’re having issues with your Paypal account, please contact Paypal customer support.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We move pretty fast. Once your order is received by the warehouse, it cannot be changed and you’ll have to return the goods for a refund and then reorder. If you do manage to notice an issue with your order prior to the warehouse receiving your order details, drop us an email at hello@minnowdesigns.com.au titled URGENT ORDER CHANGE and we’ll do our very best to accomodate your request.
