Easy, peasy returns…

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 14 days of delivery. Once the return request is made, we’ll send Australian residents a free, pre-paid label.

Note that pre-paid returns are available for Australian residents only. International customers will need to organise their own return shipping.

Do you accept INTERNATIONAL returns?

We accept returns for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 14 days of delivery. International customers will need to organise their own return shipping to our warehouse in Australia. Once we receive your goods we will refund the purchase price of the returned items and you’re free to reorder your replacement items. We cannot offer exchanges at this time.

How do I request a return?

To request a return, simply fill out this form>>. We’ll email you a label to attach to your return that will entitle you to 1 x free return per order number for Australian residents. Just pop this on the original shipping carton (to ensure that they don’t get damaged in transit) and pop it in your nearest Australia Post red post box. Please allow 1-2 business days for us to raise the shipping label. Items must be returned in saleable condition.

You MUST include either a print out of your order confirmation email OR a handwritten piece of paper with your name and order number in your parcel.

Do you offer exchanges?

To exchange your items, you’ll need to process a return and then repurchase your alternate items as you would a typical order. We cannot process 1 for 1 replacements. You must return your goods for a refund and reorder.

How long will I wait for my refund?

We process your refund as soon as your item is received and receipted in as in saleable condition in our warehouse. You’ll receive an automated email from us as soon as this has been processed by Minnow Designs. Refund amounts can take a few days to be processed by your payment provider. We have no control over this. Note that Afterpay & (rarely) Paypal can take up to 2 weeks to deposit refunded amounts into your bank account.
