We accept refunds for any reason so long as the item is in its original condition, in its original packaging and the return application is made within 14 days of delivery.
To request a return, simply login to your account in the top right of our website, go to your account page, request a refund and return the unworn booties in their original packaging, including the Auspost box so that they don’t get damaged in transit to:
