How much does delivery cost?
We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders, worldwide, regardless of how much you purchase. Yipee!
Express orders Australia wide cost an additional $5 within Australia, and $10 to NZ. Outside AUS/NZ, tracking will provide additional peace of mind and cost only $8.
How long will my booties take to arrive?
Nationally, we ship using Australia Post. We fulfil orders each Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Friday morning. Parcels typically take 2-5 working days to reach most parts of Australia. Parcels typically take 3-5 days to reach New Zealand via airmail. Internationally, we try to ship airmail wherever possible (7-10 working days), but there are a few destinations (including South Africa) which ship via sea and they can take 3+ weeks to arrive. Please contact us to determine shipping times to your part of the world.
Do you offer express post?
Yes. For an additional $5 we’ll ship your parcel using Australia Post Express post bags anywhere in Australia. Note that this does not guarantee next day shipping as we fulfil orders Monday morning, Wednesday morning and Friday morning. Parcels to metro areas will typically arrive within 24 hours of leaving our warehouse. Regional areas can sometimes take 2 or more days. Express post to NZ costs $10 and will typically take 2-3 days to arrive. We do not offer express post to other parts of the world at this stage.
How can I track my order?
Once your item has been shipped, we’ll email you your Australia Post tracking code, as well as a receipt of purchase. Go to http://auspost.com.au/track/track.html and enter your code in the indicated box in the centre of the page. Unfortunately unless you have elected to track your order ($5 to NZ and $8 to the rest of the world), we cannot provide you with a tracking number for overseas orders. We are yet to have an OS order go walkabout, but it is the responsibility of the buyer to decide what level of risk they are comfortable with. If you are at all concerned, we can provide evidence of all orders shipped from our warehouse however we do not offer replacement on untracked International orders that are lost in transit. Paypal and Stripe (the reputable global organisation who process our Credit Card payments) offer some protection under their Buyer Protection Policies.

Can you guarantee delivery?
Unhappy customers make us sad so we track all Australian orders and endeavour to resolve any shipping issues. However we can’t be responsible for stock once it leaves our warehouse. If your stock doesn’t arrive within 4-5 days of your order, get in touch with us at [email protected] and we’ll do our best to sort it out. Can I ship to somebody else as a gift?
Yes. We’ll even include a handwritten gift message. Please let us know during check out that the purchase is for a friend. Additionally, gift wrapping can be purchased for $3 at checkout. If there are any problems, we’ll let you know.
Can you ship to a PO Box?
Yes, however the box we ship the booties in is quite large and will often not fit into the smaller PO boxes. If this is the case, the post office will ask you to collect your parcel inside.
